Price: €275,000 Description: I will state immediately that this property is on a main road and there is noise from lorries. However it looks impressive and has other plusses: there is 120m² of largely 'done' living space on the 1st floor. The ground floor (which would have been for staff) has a rather nice room with impressive fireplace and otherwise is a bit of a mess with potential. Likewise the roof has high beams and could be converted. So potentially you've got over 300m² habitable space - with lots of work to do. There is a nice dépendance (at the front) and stone terrace at the back. Allow me to be even more direct. In my opinion with the road and current condition, the property is overpriced. But if the proprietor accepted an aggressive offer you could become the owner of an expensive looking property with loads of potential. |
